The New Year is nearly upon us, and what better way to start it than with a little bit of Happiness.
The thing about this planner is that it is unlike any other I have seen. Its motto is not to focus on productivity but to focus on the things that make you happy. It is filled with tips and questions to try and help you think more positively about things and help you become a happier person.
Each day allows you to organise your life, from what you’re most looking forward to that day to what you have to do and what you’re going to eat. At the beginning of each month, you can set your own personal and work goals to achieve by the time the month is up. When it’s up, you then get the chance to reflect upon what happened in the last month and make positive changes for the future. And once the year is up, you can reflect upon everything that happened and see if you have completed all the goals you set yourself.
One of my favourite things is that at the beginning of each day, you are given a quote that relates to happiness or positivity, which I think is one of the best ways to start of your day.
As well as getting my Happiness Planner®, I also got a rose gold pen and some paper clips (essential for all your clipping needs). I also got a whole bunch of print outs which mean I can write a bucket list and resolution’s for the new year.
I’m hoping that by the time 2017 comes around, I will have adopted a more positive outlook on life. Hopefully, my new planner is going to help me do that so watch this space.
